From this year Raeapteek offers marzipan workshop where everybody can try out our famous recipe from 15th century. We start from the very beginning weighing the primary goods and work with them until the texture of the marzipan is similar to the one we sell in the Raeapteek. Everybody can decorate their ow marzipan adding chocolate or nuts or almonds. Making marzipan is hard work but it is still suitable even for our youngest friends.
